As a customer, you have the option to choose the delivery option that works best for you. The option that you choose and the destination of the order determines the cost of your delivery. All delivery times are dependent on product availability.
We accept payment via iBank transfer*, PayNow* via QR code and PayPal. Customers should note that all prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (Goods and Service Tax only applies for local delivery).
We cannot guarantee that every title offered for sale online would actually be delivered right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, a title may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any title which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing; we will inform you by email & remove off the title from your order.
In light of the Covid-19 situation, there may be delays in replenishment of stocks caused by global lockdowns and flight cancellations. We seek your understanding and patience.
You may check the order history at any time by signing into your account and clicking on "Personal Orders". Order history will be displayed for you, including order date, number of titles & quantity and payment status. Once payment has been received, you will normally receive your order within 2 to 4 working days. By clicking on "Order Number," you can see all details for that particular order and it can also be printed for your records.
Cancel or Modifying an Order
We strive to meet customer demands for prompt service and delivery. To facilitate this goal, we process and deliver orders throughout the day. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the fulfilment process

Acceptance of Goods
In light of the Covid-19 situation, collection at UltraSupplies are suspended during the 'circuit breaker' period. All orders will be delivered directly to addresses stated in your order(s) or self-collected at the UBS Library Services office.
For any return or refund claims*, it shall be carried out at UBS Library Services office during office hours ?Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays); 8.30am to 6.00pm.*Returns or Refund claims must be approved in advance.
